Shampoo and mascara questions.

So currently my hair sits at shoulder length and I was wondering what would be a good shampoo to help it grow? And about the mascara, I use they're real from benefit and that works great but I know that there's mascaras that can help them grow longer and thicker. What would be some good options?

Maybelline illegal length fibet extensions claims to promote growth and make them look fuller/longer, but it isn't worth the money.
its great the first 2 times you use it then will go clumpy after that no matter what tecnique you use.

You could also use vaseline on your lashes it helps keep them conditioned, just like your hair your eyelashes should be healthy too.
