Is this considered a cat eye? what do you think of it?

Definitely a cateye! I would maybe pull it up a little more and not use as heavy eyeliner on your lower lid. Instead of outlining your whole eye (which can make it look smaller) try only going to the middleish are of your lower lid, and brightening the corners of your eyes with a highlight. 😊

To be fair because of the angle of the photo I'm not entirely sure of how high the car eye is. 😚

This is an example of not pulling the eyeliner all the way to the tear ducts. I used sparkles instead of a highlight, but that's because I'm a glitter junkie haha.
