Definitely a cateye! I would maybe pull it up a little more and not use as heavy eyeliner on your lower lid. Instead of outlining your whole eye (which can make it look smaller) try only going to the middleish are of your lower lid, and brightening the corners of your eyes with a highlight. 😊
