Mix two table spoons of caster sugar with 3-4 of oil (I used some body oil but you could use olive oil or similar) Give it a good mix and apply to dry skin. Massage and rinse off, and hey presto!!

I've found that the syrups do not set well and make the cream melt on hot days, so only put 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup & 1/2 teaspoon of golden syrup.
