How to apply highlighter.

I recently purchased the Betty Lou Manizer by theBalm but I have no clue how to use highligter. I also purchased the Revlon Wake Me Up Instant Shimmer and I have no clue how to apply it. lol help.

This diagram should give you a rough idea of where highlight should go. I love the Betty Lou Manizer but make sure you use a light hand because it is quite pigmented and you don't want to look like a disco ball. I also love using it on the inner corner of my eyes to brighten them up!
