So I'm doing my cousins hair for her masters degree graduation and she wants me to drop curl it. I'm always used to doing mine with a wand and never had a problem but my cousin is half black and has super curly corse hair. She said something about doing it with a cap but I've never heard of that. Any help because I really don't want to ruin her hair right before graduation.

I'm half black so I know her hair texture. You have to straighten her hair first and then curl it with the wand to get the look that you're talking about
