I'm not sure about any 'quick ways' but if you French plait your hair right from the top all the way down and wet it (not too much) then rough it up with a towel gently and then sleep on it, take it out in the morning and comb through it with a wide tooth comb for a more natural curl look and then spray some sea salt spray on your hair and scrunch your hair for a tousled look(:
