I think you should get a trim and maybe some layers! Unless you want it short! And cut some of your hair in the front to help shape your face

If your trying to grow out your hair a light trim. If your hair is fine I suggest no layers and keep it one lenght to keep it looking Fuller.

A long bob would look good. I love that hairstyle and if I was brave enough to chop mine off, that's what I'd get.

Fun layers! Maybe keep some of the length though, you don't want to go too short and then regret it because you miss your long hair!
