This is a classic make up that goes with a lot of outfits :-) and it's not that difficult to do.

It having so much detailed on the dress she should go for a simple look a nice smokey eye. With some maroon colors smoked with darkbrown or black. Thick liner in top, what ever her normal routine is, but bumped up a notch. But I do think basic because so much design on dress :)
