It will but very slowly and it doesn't look good. You should get your hair cut at least every 6 months, preferably more.

Of course it will haha your hair doesn't grow.from your ends it grows from your roots so I suggest oiling your scalp.with coconut oil.or castor oil (:

Yes it grows its just that the ends will break off from damage and it won't seem as if it has.
