EOS and Carmex. Together. Because Carmex adds moisture while EOS locks it in. @Sherry H; EOS does just sit in your lips, but it does not "do nothing" it seals in moisture

Carmex is so amazing! And not just for your lips.. I get really dry skin on my eyelids.. To the point where it peels.. And last night I put Carmex instead of lotion and it's so soft now! You just wanna make sure to wipe it off when it starts to burn. Lol.

Neutrogena's lip balm keeps your lips moisturized even after it's worn off, and it's pretty pigmented. It's also 7 bucks, but I've had it for a year and it probably has 80% left.
