I think ELF. Their realllyyy affordable and I totally love them. I'm new into make up too and thats what I been using. I totally recommend ELFs studio line brushes :)

Eco tools or Walmart has a HD brush line that is made buy the same company that makes Eco tools they are so soft and very affordable just make sure it says HD on them.
