Normally when you buy brushes & especially in a set, it'll tell you what each one is used for. But you can use whatever brush you want however you want to use it.

Just a few basics stippling brush- I use for liquid foundation
angled brush- I use for gel eyeliner, eyebrows and eyeshadow
fan brush- I use for highlighting
blush brush (usually big round and fluffy lol)- I use for blush, bronzer, powder
blender brush (small but fluffy if you get what I mean)- used to blend eyeshadow colours together
small round tip brushes- usually used for eyeshadow
this is just what I use if you have specific brushes that you have and don't no what to use them for you can post a pic and I can tell you (:

They're all Sonia Kashuk.

I believe Sonia Kashuk brushes have the name of their use on the handles. But the first one is an angle brush. Depending on the stiffness of it, you could use it for eyeliner. The 2nd brush looks like a blending brush used for blending eyeshadows. The 3rd one is a fluffy angle brush which could be used for eyeshadow. As well as using it for your crease & outer v.

So the first one is a angle brush which I use for filling in eyebrows, applying gel liner and eyeshadow
2- you could use that to apply eyeshadow or to blend the eyeshadows
3 one I can't tell if its small or big but if its small I would use it to apply eyeshadow to the outer v corner of your eye or the blend eyeshadows if its big I would use it for applying blush (:

Honestly, I don't even worry about what brush is "supposed" to be used for. I buy different ones and use random ones for whatever I want! Rather than saying my fluffy concealer brush is only for concealer, I can use it to put a base eyeshadow on, highlight or contour... You get what I mean? Just experiment and figure out what brush works well for what. :)
