So yeah gel liners, so many to choose from. Lately I've been using the inglots gel eyeliner and it's absolutely fantastic! It stays in place all day and never runs, it's waterproof!

I have been pretty loyal to the Maybelline gel liner, which I absolutely love, but recently I bought a NYX gel liner in an Emerald color, and it's way greater than I thought it was going to be! I wasn't sure of how the quality would be, but figured I'd put up with less than ideal quality for a great color, but when I used it I fell in love! Creamy, doesn't smudge, pigmented, just all around great.
