A really good makeup tip to cover up your under eye bags as well as highlight and accentuate your features is to put a foundation color a shade (or two) lighter than your normal foundation around your eyes, a little on your nose and some above your eyebrows. Just blend and apply the rest of your make up as you normally would your bags will be hidden as will your features be accentuated!

Mac has some really good concealers, but Rimmel London wake me up is really good as well! Lasts all day

I recommend Amazing Cosmetics Color Corrector Concealer. The color correcting concealers diminish the look of dark circles and that brand also brightens under the eyes :)

NYX has waterproof concealer for cheap that is the best concealer I've ever used!
