I have quite sensitive skin. During the winter it can get very dry, during the summer it can get very oily. I currently use YSL Matte touch creme foundation and am very happy with the matte effect. I'm thinking of trying one of Laura mercier's foundation primer but am unsure of going with oil free or radiance? I've heard good things about the radiance one but could I combine it with my ysl?

I can't speak to combining it, but I use Radiance and LOVE it. It's the only primer that I've used and stuck with.

I struggle with dry skin too.. I actually can use a thin Vaseline layer as a moisturizer under the primer... yikes! I have radiance primer, and silk creme foundation in medium ivory. And the illuminating tinted moisturizer. My biggest tip: use a damp sponge to apply Laura Mercier foundation!! love that stuff.

I've struggled with dry skin too my whole life! The thing that saved me was 100% vegetable glycerin, you can buy it at whole foods for $6, mix a couple of drops in with your daily moisturiser and your life with be transformed!
I was desperate and I live in Australia so I forked out the money to get it sent over and now all the women in my family use it!
Also, look into Laura mercier creme smooth foundation, the one in the pot! Amazing for dry skin too!
I use the radiance primer as well and love it!!
