So I have been bleaching my own hair for about 2 years with quick white from Sally's and I feel like its not professional enough, because it kept breaking off and now I have short hair. and I see people all the time with long white hair... I can purchase pro products but what should I get? I need to do my roots pretty bad.

Bleach it to a max level and tone it with matrix so color 6aa and 7p with a 20 volume developer.

When you do your roots don't let the bleach touch the blonde part that's why your hair is breaking.

You should have it done by a professional! That way they can take care of your hair while coloring it!

Highlight it gradually instead of doing full head dies, this is better for your hair and the colour is more concentrated, I used to have white hair but I got sick of it after a while and went a bit darker, but I think I'll get lighter highlights in for summer :)
