Okay, so I have been finding that my make up runs off so easily! What makes it worse, is that I have limited to no acne, but when my make up acts like it does, they end up getting red and sticking out. Right now I can not purchase anything, so here is a list of things I have.

•Liquid foundation.
•Liquid and Pencil eyeliner.
•Many shades of blushes and eye shadow.
•Water based lotion.

Another thing is, that I have spiky hair, and it won't stay up all day, so does anyone have techniques?

P.S I wear glasses so I need make up that can make me look good in glasses too.

Primer is known to keep your makeup on your face so whenever is possible, consider buying one, it will come very handy! If you put any type of cream or lotion on your face that is water based, your liquid foundation has to be water based. Like and like, that'll help it stay longer.
I wear glasses as well and sometimes to make my eyes stand out, I do my eyeliner blue with very neutral eyeshadow and tons of mascara.

Primer and set with a powder.. To really make it stay, spray with a finishing spray after, makeup won't go anywhere!

Try bees wax! its supper great cuz you can change your do in a flash w/o using more products.

You can also use a makeup setting spray like e.l.f's for $3 or use an aerosol hairspray lightly so it won't clog your pores- and the elf setting spray does have a funny/kinda bad smell but it won't make your skin smell like that, promise! I use it on my body after apply a self tanner or tinted moisturizer/instant bronzer- only reason I'm telling you about it is because its so cheap. I would deff agree to set your foundation with a powder, and a great cheap primer to use is Monistat chafing relief powder gel- weird I know but it's the most amazing stuff it's a serum gel type with silicone so it's sooo silky and will leave your makeup poreless&flawless- I would really recommend it! I use it daily and I also know it won't clog your pores and is lightweight enough to make your makeup moisturized and won't let your foundation look cakey or thick- also, I would try some foundations for combination or oily skin so they will stay on your skin better- a good one to look into is revlon color stay foundation for oily/combination skin- most of the foundations for oily skin will have a more matte finish and staying power to stick&stay on your skin.
And honestly I wear both contacts and glasses- I don't do my makeup really any different either way- other than more dramatic thicker top eyeliner when I wear my glasses so my eyes will pop more- I've noticed if I put eyeliner on top and not on bottom with my glasses it makes my eyes look so much bigger! I'd also avoid a really heavy dark smokey eye wearing glasses in the day- it can make your eyes look really dark from the reflection and them look more small too - but that could just be me? Contouring with (& without)glasses is very cute too!!

Also I use dream matte mousse by Maybelline and colorstay aqua by Revlon these products stay on all day for me. I hate liquid foundation it tends to build up the pores what's tje point of using a product that causes you to break out. I use eye drops for red eyes to reduce the redness on blemishes. and eye primers are a must!
