Nude lips with smokey eyes would look hot. Having red lips and a red dress would be a bit too much in my opinion

If your going to do smokey eyes, you don't want to do red lips. And if your doing red lips, you want to keep your eyes pretty natural eyeshadow wise.

Do not do a red lip, it will either clash with the dress because it's a different shade of red or if it is the same colour it will only compete with the dress. I would recommend a nude lip or a lightly tinted pink lip, with either a smokey eye using neutral colours and maybe some muted plum, or a soft neutral eye with black winged eyeliner.
