Buy a NUDE lipliners! First draw the outline, then fill them in. Looking very closely add an extra line around the outside to "even - then out". Looks to me (from the picture) I would do most of the filling in out the edges of your top lip. Then very carefully fill in over the top of the liner with your red lipstick!

Just use a red lip liner first, completely fill in your lips with the lip liner and go over it with a red lipstick. The lip liner will work as a base and a guid. After clean up any rough edges with some concealer

You can just use a lip brush but you risk the lipstick bleeding without a liner, also the liner will help your lipstick last longer and you can better define your lips and cheat a lttle if you need to. If you don't wanna use a liner but want it to last through the night, apply a thin layer, blot with tissue, apply again, blot again den apply again.
