I recently tried No7 Intense Volume Waterproof which I thought was really good, it kept my lashes lifted all day, I washed my face three times while wearing it and there was no smudging.

I had a Chanel waterproof mascara and its true to the name, but it was a nightmare to take off! That's something to consider with waterproof...

Nyx has great waterproof liquid liners. they don't say that they are but they are. I swatched some on my hand a week ago and it's just now fading even after the zillion times I washed my hands and took showers and when I wore to school it was raining a lot my eyes were watering and I kept rubing my eyes and at the end of the day it still looked just like it had when I first applied it in the morning:)

Mermaid eyeline is completely life-proof. I was unsure about using a cheap, obscure brand but its awesome!
