I cut it out to make slits from an old tshirt. I have been wanting to get one like those but I couldnt find it in the right color, the fabric was too thin or it was too expensive. So I decided to make one I guess. I traced out the shapes on the shirt first and I cut them. For a better and clearer explanation, I have a video on it if you are interested (:

For a really good diy website I use runwaydiy.com. (Just look up runwaydiy on youtube) really simple tutorials. I've made a dress, bracelet, ring and diy nail studs.
