Shorts can't be shorter than fingertips and sleeves need to be at least 3 fingers :)

I usually don't break out the shorts until it's in the 80s, then again, I live in California! I love doing skirts with t-shirts or tank tops tucked in. I like the flowy minis better than the bodycon skirts for myself (bodycons don't help my big hips), and I usually add a necklace and some cute sandals. :) A cardigan on top doesn't hurt either.
