Soak the affected area in vinegar for 20 to 30 minutes. attempt to remove splinter. if this is unsuccessful soak a piece of white bread in vinegar and cover the splinter. keep in place overnight with a bandaid. remove bandage in morning and attempt removal again.
Good luck and please follow me if my advice was helpful

I would try and soak your foot for 15-20mins till it gets wrinkly then try elmers glue. put it on over the splinter, let it dry, peel off. The splinter should come out with the glue. Good luck...so sorry I know those hurt.
