I like this idea. I'm brand new to the makeup side of Youtube and just made the account I'm going to put all my makeup stuffles on. So I may not be of much help right now, but I would love to participate for ideas and what not. http://www.youtube.com/IttyxBittyxMe.

There is this guy on Youtube who talks about being really careful who you chose to do collage with because it doesn't always work out for the best. I can't remember his name... he is like the number one male beauty guru on there too. He is from Australia I think. oh! gossmakeupartist.

I wish I could find it again... well, basically it is like choosing friends. Make sure you trust the person, that they will follow through, that they are not putting low quality or offensive videos out, is it beneficial for you both, are you both pulling the same weight, are you both being heard, are you presenting the same idea? His #1 piece of advice is to only do maybe 1 collab a year because you want to get your own voice or"brand" out there. It is a lot different than having people guest star in a video so you have to trust them to do what they say they are going to do and basically not suck at it too. Hope that helps. I would check out people's channel before you collab and not take it personally if someone passes. It happens. :)
