I suggest not having to much under the eyes. I mean this in the nicest way..you look like you got punched. Please don't take offense! My Porta Rican skin gives me dark eyes all the time.

Sarah, I don't think she has makeup under her eyes except for eyeliner. She could either have bags or the lighting is coming from above her, giving her shadows under her eyes. I suggest no eyeliner on the bottom- your eyes will look bigger and brighter. Keep the eyeliner on your top lid. :) You're gorgeous.

Sice it is summer bright colors are the way to go.maybe you could try neutral looking eyes and do a really bright pink lipstick.

I would suggest that you use a brightening under eye concealer, maybe some bronzer, fill in your brows, and a pinky peachy lipgloss
