That is way casual. Prom is a formal dance, most schools make it a requirement or you can't get in.

Curl your hair and then put it in the same style. And the dress is to casual. Try Deb shops or Burlington cost factory they have great sells on formal dresses.

ATTENTION I thought the same way untill I realized that she is a freshman so it's not her senior prom and she's being forced to go because she's on student concil so don't buy new dress just really really dress it up I think a statement necklace and brackets with a cute fancy cheap hair clip and sparkily shoes.
