I have really sensitive skin and I'm having a hard time finding a concealer that won't irritate my skin.

Look for a concealer made by an all-natural brand. I know Tarte claims that their ingredients are natural (I'm not sure if they're ALL natural, though), and there's a brand called 100% Pure that makes an all-natural concealer.

I Have the same issue. Try the concealer palette by Sonia Kashuk. It's very creamy and it doesn't irritate the skin around my eyes. :)
