Well I'm pretty sure you can order it. Just research it on the Internet and I found that you can buy heaps of products from Amazon, Target USA. eBay...I wouldn't suggest getting it from the Topstyler website itself, they have one of those "get another one free after paying $30 every month" type of thing. Just research though.
I know they used it in Jennifer Lawrence hair in the hunger games to create the wavy look...

Okay well I was just on the Top Styler Facebook page and they are not released here. If you can find a seller on eBay America who will ship to Ausfralia then go for it. The Topstyler website ships to Australia. I'm pretty sure Amazon sells the little clams for it. I'm going to America in June and they have them every where so Ill be getting one then. But I wish you the best of luck getting one!
