I make a paste with toothpaste, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide. and then brush it 2x a day with that solution. they get pretty white. but if you have sensitive gums do it only one time a day fot 2 mins at night because your gums could temporarily turn white and get tender. hope this helps x
