If you've always had them they may be inherited. If so, there is no way to get rid of them. all you can do is try to cover them.

Take milk and put two folded paper towels in it. And then ring them out and put them under your eyes for thirty minutes and rinse. Do this daily.:)

Ice them for 10 seconds at a time for about 2 minutes
