So I have these red dots on my upper arms and lower legs and I think its called keratosis pilaris. Does anyone know any treatments for it that don't invoke medicine?

Go to a dermatologist. They can give you meds to help with it, but there is no cure.

I also get them on the backs off my thighs. Try exfoliating with a body scrub every other day. It did not completely take it away but definitely helped. Good luck ;)

You need to use a body brush with a cleanser or exfoliant for about 10 mins twice a week.

I have had KP for years and I hate it. This is what works for me:
1.Scrub your arms & legs really well in the shower
2.Shave both your arms and legs, this is extra exfoliation and it helps so much
3. Use AmLactin lotion and another hydrating lotion, I use Palmer's Cocoa Butter.
My arms look really smooth when I consistently use that regiment. Also tanning helps too, as it camouflages the bumps and redness.

Try getting steroid cream from your doctor and see a dermatologist.

My friend had those her whole childhood. turns out she's allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and various treenuts. go get an allergy test on multiple foods. they went away once she stopped eating what she discovered she was allergic to.

I've had that since I was a child and honestly it's barely visible now (I'm almost 20). I have it on my upper arms and I know it's embarrassing. He prescribed me a medicated lotion and it didn't work but that was years ago. I've heard from family members and my doctor that it usually goes away in your 20's.
