I've been thinking about getting my nose pierced, but the only thing I'm worried about is the scar.. so will it leave like a huge hole in my nose If I ever take it out? little scared lol.

After two years I took my nose ring out to let it close up for a job and my nose looks good as new. There is no scar or trace I ever had it pierced

You need to keep something in the hole at all times, also out may leave a scar if its not taken care of,

I took my nose piercing out and it left an ugly grey scar :( My dermatologist said the only way to remove it is with a laser :(

I've had my lips pierced a bajillion times and taken then out and it's hardly noticeable. You should be fine as long as you take care of it. If you ever do decide to take it out use vitamin e oil to help heal the scar =]

Um I don't know I take my peircings out for long periods of time but it doesn't close up! The hole is tiny even if it did scar a little makeup can cover it.
