I use wet and wild makeup remover and it works well but I don't feel like it gets it all off so I also use the warm water. I notice after days that traces of makeup are still under my eyes and when it gets wet it gives me the raccoon look. I tried Vaseline and it didn't seem to work all that well. I thought about trying this deep cleaning and makeup remover from dollar tree but I don't know :-/ what should I do?

Baby oil and wiping it off with a q-tip for the lower lash lines or a cotton pad works well for me.

I use Neutrogena oil free liquid make up remover for my eyes and then (if I'm being lazy) a face wipe for my foundation or neutragina face scrub (blue with beads in it). If your noticing make up still after you've thoroughly cleaned your face its prbly your lashes and Vaseline is great for getting makeup off and moisturizing your lashes.
