Is it better to use concealer's as a highlighter?Also how many shades lighter should you go?

I buy my concealer from target its called the Sonia Kashuk concealer palette. and its the best concealer ever It works to cover blemishes scars under eye circles redness anythinggggg. I even use it to cover a scar I have o my neck. it about $10
and yes you can use concealer as a highlighter c:

Grace there was a concelor kit in Tesco by Vivo, they didnt have any left on the shelves cause it was?6! worth checking out. x

I use concealer has a highlighter & usually go 2 or 3 shades lighter than my skin tone depending on how well I want my highlight to be noticed. I have the Coastal Scents 10 pan concealer palette & I like that because it allows you to mix colors to create your perfect shade. Also it has darker colors in there if you want to use those to contour with. I did a video using it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNzy5TToOnw.
