You just soak the paper in rubbing alcohol til for like a second and press it on a dry nail. then you use clear coat if you want.

Yeah. Paint your nails a light or pastel color. Let dry. Get newspapers with whatever words and cut into small pieces but bigger than your finger nail. Then dunk the newspaper piece into alcohol and lay it on your nails. Press down for like 5 seconds. Peel off and then voila! Add clear coat but make sure you put it on softly so you don't smear the newspaper ink.

Paint your nails a nude color, dip a square of newspaper (the size of your fingernail) in rubbing alcohol and press it on leave it for like 10 seconds an then when it's done, take the newspaper off your nail and put a topcoat on!
