I clean them with washing up liquid and them rinse the soap out. I do this on a monthly kind of basis. They are all old brushes I have been using for years.

I used baby shampoo and a bit if make up remover. I put it in a cup and swished my bushes around and then rinsed them. I've only cleaned my bushes one. I know that's terrible but it worked great!! Lol.

I NEVER put oil after cleaning my brushes. I wash them with baby shampoo and thats it, it's done!
