This is my prom dress this year and I'm at a loss on how todo my hair and makeup. My hair is shoulder length. :)

It depends, do you want a more natural look or something glitzy? Since the dress is already eye catching I would go with more neutral makeup, possible with a hint of color, like this:

The idea gallery on makeup geek is amazing; if you look at the monthly-round ups they have some really interesting looks. For hair, maybe curled loosely on the ends?

I say do a silver and blue dramatic eye and falsies for more drama and keep the lips a soft pink. For hair maybe a half up half down updo and definently tease the hair with a lil bit of messy look.
