I just went traveling on on a almost 12hr flight from Paris to lax it's very helpful to have toothbrush toothpaste, moisturizer, mascara tinted moisturizer or a light foundation as well as sunglasses! Lol :)

Bring lip balm and moisturizer and use them throughout the flight. You might want to bring a facial mask as well. Half an hour before you land, you can use a cleansing wipe + do your usual makeup routine from your seat but if you want to hoard the bathroom, make sure you're just putting on some light/easy stuff like tinted moisturizer, mascara, etc.
