I don't have time to put full eyeshadow on for work but I try my best to look nice with a little eyeliner and mascara and blush and sometimes lipstick. So is it right for my boss to literally yell at me for "not wearing makeup"? No one else at the salon has to wear eyeshadow.

That's weird. I don't think your boss has the right to do that. Maybe he feels you look best with makeup and feels you need to wear it more...?

I was considering that but I don't know... I'm the youngest one at the salon I'm 18 and everyone else is 30 or older so I would think he'd want them to wear more. But seriously thank you for the comment (: And I don't think my boss has the right either.

Look if you don't like that then do not work there. find another job, I'm not trying to come off mean. Don't work in a place where you are going to get yelled at for something that doesn't apply to the whole establishment.

Maybe he wants you to look closer to the age the other girls are. Where I work everyone is older than me and its hard for people to trust me with their hair before seeing my work because compared to everyone else I look like a little girl. He might just be trying to avoid the same thing happening with you. But he shouldn't yell at you. =/
