How to get more twitter follows?

I don't have a Web cam so no video tutorials. I can give advice and beauty solutions complete with pics. My dream is to be a make up artist but being 17 I have to start small. Any advice on what I can do to get more followers or what you would like to see. Can you also follow me @Tondy_Pisces?

If you want a lot of follower try following tons of people then when they follow you unfollow them, yeah it's kinda rude but oh we'll, at least you have more followers without following lots of people! Also try asking for shout outs regularly.

You have to be able to offer them something they want. post things that appeal to a lot of people and tag your tweets and pics.
