I think the 1st one Bc the 2nd one looks a bit sloppy, but I also think the first looks a bit childish, maybe change up the colors on the 1st, and blend a tiny bit and it would b better.

First of all your eyes are gorgeous!! Ha and I personally like the top, only put some dark black eyeliner that will really pop your eyes. If you don't like the black eyeliner, then just make the shadow a more metallic look.
