Well when ever I put on lipstick it runs into the lines of my lips or sticks to flaky skin I have rimmel lipsticks I just wanna know how to make it go smooth ^-^

I use vaseline cocoa butter and the a miss sporty red lipstick on top... This creates a dark pink tone and hydrates my lips. And the makeup is super cheap x

A lip liner should help as well :)

I put on a deep moisturising lip balm while I do the rest of my makeup, then put liner and lipstick on :) might help
