Try oil. if that doesn't work I would call the company and complain. it probably was a bad tube of mascara.

I can't read on the bottle if the remover is for waterproof makeup, but ensure that it is. Also, once you've saturated the cotton ball/pad with the remover, let it sit on your eye for a hit before you try to rub the makeup off.
Good luck! That's really frustrating!

Try vaseline...It removes everything...And buy a new eye make-up remover...or rub twice your eyes with a saturated cotton ball..Hope I helped...:)

I use lancomes, its a little pricey but works pretty good. I also use purity face wash by philosophy, that stuff melts my make up off. but since your in a crisis try the vasoline. its tried and true. good luck!

This is the one I use and it takes all my eye make-up off with one cotton pad per eye. I use Diorshow Extase mascara and it comes off super easy. I take a cotton pad...ill add a pic in a sec. I fold the pad in half and put a little remover on it. Then I run the pad gently back and forth across my lashes and eyelids till everything comes off. Turn the pad over to the other side and run it under my eye to remove any make-up residue. I do the other eye. Then take a clean dry cotton pad and wipe both eyes so there is no make-up remover residue. That's it. It literally takes me less than two mins to remove all my eye make-up.

Maybe it's that mascara that tints your lashes and lasts a week? Omg lol seriously call the company like Angel said if all else fails, like oil ( olive or coconut, or Vaseline)
