Thank you ^-^ Katy, I buy my skirts from online stores in Japan, but you can easily make your own! Buy a skirt that's big on you, lift it to your waist, and sew it in so it fits you :) I've done this with a few skirts I bought at Kohl's. My knee high socks are from Target. Look for packaging that says "over the knee".
