If you want sexy? I suggest getting a Topstyler from your nearest Target and creating fabulous curls. You can always go for the DIY curling wand. But go for the waves. Add a bit eyeshadow and some gorgeous mascara and you've got the whole look! If you must have a new hair colour I suggest going for light brown highlights
