Eyeliner That Stays On.

I have trouble keeping eyeliner on the lower part of my eye it always seems to come off within the hour. What eyeliner would you recommend that will stay on?

Try waterproof eyeliner. mayb your eyes produce 2 much water.

:P Yeah my eyes are quite sensitive and DO produce a lot of tears. Will give waterproof a go, nothing to lose! :)

ELF cream eyeliner does not come off. I have to take it off with makeup remover. Tears and water won't even begin to take it off.

I really like the Physicians Formula eyeliners...they are under rated in the makeup world in my opinion...I think they are one of the best out there...they are pigmented and last forever...I love the gel and pencil ones but I did not like the eyeliner pen they have so stay away from that one...http://mushynanners620.blogspot.com/2012/11/my-favorite-drugstore-eyeliner.html I did a huge review on here with a rub test and all that.
