I dyed it at the tips and at the bangs and it really came out nice. And yea its dark navy blue but it turns to turquoise later on.

It will cause extreme damage one of my friends got just streaks of it and her hair started to fall out and it fades quickly.

Go for it! I personally love dark blue hair its easier to maintain.
