I run 30 minutes each day, 5 minute walk/power walk, 5 minute run and then repeat. Drink green tea or cold water to boost your metabolism before working out. And if you pinch your fat, this will break up fat cells or cellulite and you will be able to burn them much easier. Also, do a squat challenge to build muscle in your legs, or wall sits to strengthen inner thighs. I have 1000 calories per day and burn 400, 400 ✖ 6 (days a week) = 2400, so I burn a pound in a week and a half. The most healthiest weight loss is like 15 pounds in 3 months. Good luck!

Work on your food portions and drink a lot of water. Drinking a glass of water before and after each meal with help you get more full quicker than normal.

Go to youtube and download some videos of workouts you can do it in your home so you don't have to go to the gym

I've lost 20 pounds in 2 months by doing 60 sit ups in the morning when I wake up and at night just before bed. I've stopped the junk food and added a whole lotta water. If I get hungry I eat fruit and veggies their easy on the stomach and I go for daily walks. Hoped this helped xx

Search up blogilates on youtube she has good workout videos. And try to eat clean and get myfittnesspal app on your iphone if you have one to trak calorie intake.

Put cinnamon on your food and it will get you full more quick so you don't eat as much.
