Just repierced mine and it looks wonky with my tongue and medusa piercings. I think a smiley and septum would be overkill. But, to hell with my opinion, if you want it then do it.

I have my medusa done and my septum and I like it, and the septum piercing is easy to hide, and you never need to worry about scarrage because it's inside your nose. You can just flip up a retainer anytime you want it out of sight. Yay! Go for it, it's a super fun one, and it'll look good on you.
