I think if you got them waxed and shaped, they would have a nice shape and be thinner so you could keep them up by just plucking stray hairs. It's amazing how much having nice eyebrows can help your look.(:

The side to your left looks darker and more full than the other, but you can just get a waxing strip from your local Sallys, or Walmart and it should help you. (: I'm not good with pain, but no matter how much people say waxing hurts its honestly not that bad, but it will make your eyebrow area red, so just a caution if you do choose them!

Strips * and it only makes them red for an hour or two, by the way!

I'm a beauty therapist and get this alooot! people don't realise that eyebrows will never match, just like mine one is more naturally arched than the other. you can however get them to look a lot similar! I would recommend threading, its brilliant and lasts a lot longer. you can ask any beauty therapist to reshape your eyebrows to suit your face and eye shape :)

I always get my eyebrows done by thread. it hurts really bad but it makes you're eyebrows look amazing (: & it last longer, I recommend you too get them done with thread , like Belle J said (:

I think you should get then threaded to a shape you like. But always remember that eyebrows should look like sisters, not twins. :)

Getting them done professionally is the best way to go. that way you can see what you like and recreate it yourself later!
